IMPHAL, Oct 13 - Security forces have arrested three militants from different places in Manipur, the police said today.
An active cadre of proscribed outfit Kangleipak Communist Party was arrested during a search operation along the border town of Moreh in Tengnoupal district on Saturday, said Tengnoupal SP S Ibomcha Singh.
A joint team of Manipur Police and Assam Rifles arrested a hardcore member of People�s Liberation Army during a search operation conducted at Phoudel Kairembi area in Thoubal district on Friday, stated a press release.
Another team of Manipur Police and Assam Rifles arrested an overground member of banned underground organisation Kanglei Yawol Kanna Lup (KYKL) while conducting a search operation at Kakching Bazaar area in Kakching district on Thursday, added the release. � PTI
