GUWAHATI, Feb 21 - India�s leading tattoo artists Lokesh Verma, founder of Devil�z Tattoos, and Vikas Malani, founder of BodyCanvas Tattoos, are taking part in the first Neon Tattoo Festival that got under way at Juripar Path, Panjabari, today.
The three-day event is the first tattoo festival in North East India.
Apart from Malani and Verma, over a hundred national and international tattoo artists are doing live tattooing and body piercing at the festival.
