GUWAHATI, June 10 - The Bhangagarh police today arrested two persons, Bubul Talukder and Liyakat Ali on charges of allegedly carrying out illegal sale of blood at the Gauhati Medical College and Hospital. According to the police, the duo used to charge huge amounts of money from patients in exchange for blood.
