IMPHAL, Oct 31 - Chief of Zeliangrong United Front (ZUF), Jenchui Kamei alias Khanghiamngam Pou has been brought back here from Assam on Friday.
Soon after his arrival in the State capital here, Jenchui was remanded to police custody for further investigation, reports said.
He was arrested by a joint team of Eastern Command Army Intelligence unit and Assam police during a raid carried out at Bina Enclave, Hatigaon in Guwahati on October 21 following a tip-off by NIA Guwahati.
