JALUKBARI, July 20 - One Mrinmoy Mukherjee (23), of Atibaichandi in West Bengal was arrested by Jalukbari police today in connection with fake educational documents.
The accused had come all the way from West Bengal to Gauhati University for verifying his certificates, marksheet and registration certificate at the Controller�s office.
On verifying the papers the Controller of Examinations Dr Dhrubajyoti Choudhary found that Mrinmoy had produced a fake marksheet, admit card and registration certificate. Dr Choudhary immediately informed the police, who arrested Mrinmoy.
