GUWAHATI, Oct 16 - Assam won 13 medals, including three gold, in the Junior National Wushu Championship held at Sunarnagar, Himachal Pradesh recently.

The State team was led by Ratul Saikia as manager while Rakesh Brahma was the coach.

The medal winners were: Swamsri Uzir (gold in 60kg event), Preventina Narzary (silver in 45kg event), Amina Kujur (silver in 52kg event), Mridul Rabha (bronze in 52kg event).

Papmoni Narzari (gold in Chang Quan event), Sanma Brahma (gold in Taijiquan event), Papmoni Narzary (silver in Daoshu event), Sanma Brahma (bronze in Taijijian event), Monjoy Chetry (bronze in Gunshu event), Champak Talukdar (bronze in Nandao event), Sneha Kachari (bronze in Nanquan event), Sneha Kachari (bronze in Nandao event).
