GUWAHATI, April 19 - The North East Frontier Technical University (NEFTU), Aalo, conducted a one-day workshop on �Folk and tribal healing practices in Arunachal Pradesh� organised by Anthropos India Foundation in collaboration with the Indira Gandhi National Centre for Arts, New Delhi, a press release said.

The workshop was chaired by Dr Sunita Reddy, associate professor at the School of Social Science (Anthropology) Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. The workshop included presentation of tribal folk medicines and healing practices, discussion and interaction among students, faculty members and staff of NEFTU.
