GUWAHATI, Feb 3 � A young woman died in mysterious circumstances after falling from a high-rise apartment in the city this afternoon.
Police said the woman, who has not yet been identified and who is presumed to be in her mid-20s, fell from the seventh floor apartment of Amrit Enclave at Bamunimaidam. The incident happened around 3 pm. Locals informed the police, who rushed to the spot immediately.
A case has been registered and investigation is on to ascertain if it was a case of suicide or if the woman was pushed down by some other person. Locals told the police that the woman went up to the apartment on the seventh floor sometime before she fell down from the balcony. � Staff Reporter

GUWAHATI, Feb 3 � The Rubber Board is organising a day-long training programme in rubber sheet processing, grading and marketing of natural rubber for rubber processors and traders in the North India.
