DOOMDOOMA, Feb 28 - Boby Borah, the principal of Shankardev Sishu Niketan, Doomdooma and the president of Doomdooma Mohila Samity was felicitated by Doomdooma Sakha Sahitya Sabha (DSSS) in its monthly programme �Sahityar Antaranga Alap� held recently at Doomdooma Sakha Sahitya Sabha Bhawan for wining Shankar-Ajan Sammannay Bota, 2019 given by Sahitya Samaj Sangskritik Mancha, Dergaon and Beerangana Savitri Bai Phule National Fellowship Award, 2018 given by Bharatiya Dalit Sahitya Academy, New Delhi recently. The DSSS president Arjun Baruah and secretary Deben Deka felicitated her with a phulam gamusa and a sarai.

The Tinsukia district committee of Goriya Moriya Desi Jatiya Parishad also felicitated her in the same programme. For the organisation, Moon Ali felicitated her with a traditional gamusa.

In reply to the felicitation, Boby Borah said that she would continue her work for the uplift of women and children.
