DHEMAJI, June 30 � Coinciding with the 63rd annual sports celebration of Machkhowa ME School here, a wall magazine, Ankuran, was released recently for the first time from the school. Pabitra Saikia, senior assistant teacher of Machkhowa Bengenagarah Model Higher Secondary School unveiled the magazine, jointly edited by teachers Jinjiri Saikia and Chittaranjan Dutta in a ceremony.
Releasing the wall magazine, Saikia highlighted the great need of such magazines in schools for the intellectual development of the teachers and students. Attending the ceremony as a distinguished guest, journalist Biren Kumar Konwar, lauded the attempt of the school in publishing the wall magazine.
The ceremony was conducted by Rajumoni Devi, a distinguished lady of the area.
