ITANAGAR, June 6 - Arunachal Pradesh�Home, RWD, Labour and Employment Minister Kumar Waii today inaugurated the �Sabka Saath Sabka Vikas Sammelan�, organised by NEEPCO at Lower Subansiri district.
While addressing the gathering, Waii emphasised the need for proper implementation of the Central schemes.
Underlining the need for �Sabka Saath Sabka Vikas� as the hallmark of good governance, he said the present government is committed to ensure inclusive development.
Parliamentary Secretary for Food and Civil Supplies Tage Taki and Parliamentary Secretary for Transport and Supply and Transport Likha Saaya also addressed the gathering, deliberating on the benefits of the GST, Skill India, Digital India, Make in India, Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana, Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao and other flagship programmes of the present Government.
At Tawang too, BJP Tawang district unit today organised a similar programme under the banner of �Sabka Saath Sabka Vikas Sammelan� to celebrate three-year anniversary of the BJP Government at the Centre. Over 1200-odd people from all walks of life including BJP leaders and panchayat members participated in the event.
Tawang MLA Tsering Tashi, in his address, listed out several achievements of Modi Government on social & economic fronts. On party�s recent poll victory in Uttar Pradesh, he said, �It�s a clear message from the people that they are happy with the Modi- led Government�.
Elucidating on introduction of the GST, Make in India and Demonetization, Parliamentary Secretary for RWD & Skill Development Jambey Tashi said, �Modi Government has made landmark decisions that will in near future boost India�s economy�.
