GUWAHATI, Dec 12: The Assam Sports Journalists Association (ASJA) will organise the North East Media Sports Festival from December 22 to 29. Altogether four events-six-a-side cricket for the Raismodi Nunisa trophy, seven-a-side-football for the Harendra Nath Baruah trophy, badminton for the Arabindo Buragohain trophy and chess will be conducted during the eight-day festival.
The ASJA secretary Bidyut Kalita in a release stated that the intending media houses may confirm their entry by December 18.
