NALBARI, Aug 3 - The people of Barbukiya area in Nalbari district locked the Barbukiya LP School in Nalbari district on Thursday as all the three teachers of the school were absent till 12 noon. The local people and the guardians immediately locked the school and informed the Deputy Commissioner, Nalbari. The Circle Officer of Barbhag revenue circle and the Block Elementary Education Officer (BEEO), Pub Nalbari Nikunja Barman immediately rushed the spot and bring the situation under control. According to official sources, the headmaster of the school was absent due to the serious condition of his wife informing the president of the school management committee. However, two other lady teachers were absent without any information to the higher authority.
