GUWAHATI, March 21 � The seventh Veteran Invitational Inter District Cricket Tournament, organised by the Veteran Cricket Association of Assam, will start at the Nehru Stadium here tomorrow. NF Railway will play against Bajali in the opener and the tournament will be inaugurated by noted cricketer Badal Thakur and international umpire Niloy Dutta.
Nine teams have been given entry in the seven-day meet which is organised in memory of Madhurjya P Barooah and Md Mukhter Hussain. The participating teams are � Guwahati, NF Rly, Bajali, Sivasagar, Jorhat, Dibrugarh, Silchar, Advocate XI and Media XI.
