GUWAHATI, April 4 - Guwahati and NF Railway Sports Association posted victories in their respective matches of the 11th Veteran Inter District and Inter Institution T20 Cricket Tournament, which resumed today after a gap of four days at the Mangaldai College playground.

In the first match of the day, star-studded NF Railway Sports Association outwitted Bajali Chapter by eight wickets while in the second encounter Guwahati got the better of Dibrugarh by four wickets.

Bajali managed to score 103 for eight and in reply NFRSA hammered 105 for two in 13.2 overs.

Dibrugarh, after batting first scored 106 all out in 19 overs while Guwahati notched up 109 for six in 18.2 overs.

Brief scores: Bajali 103 (Nayan Choudhury 32, Biplab Mahanta 19, Nitul Sarma 18; Mrigen Talukdar 3/6, Vikash Rathi 2/15, Deep Borah 2/17). NFRSA 105/2 in 13.2 overs (Parag Das 53, Zakaria Zuffri 36; Nitul Sarma 2/16).

Dibrugarh 106 (Dipen Gogoi 22; Salil Sinha 4/10, Vikash Tiwari 2/19, Nitin Das 2/28). Guwahati 109/6 (Sazzad Z Hussain 22, Naba Kalita 19; Rajib Das 3/17).
