GUWAHATI, March 30 - The special task force of Assam Police nabbed three members of a vehicle lifters� gang from Bhetapara here yesterday evening. The apprehended men have been identified as Muzakkir Hussain Borbhuyan, Tarifur Rahman and Hafizur Rahman.
Based on their statement, the STF sleuths later recovered two stolen ten-wheelers from a parking spot at Lalmati.
According to STF sources, the arrested members are part of a big gang with which some government officials may also be involved.
