GUWAHATI, July 8 (PTI) - An ULFA militant was apprehended by police from near the State secretariat at Dispur area here, police said.
Acting on a tip-off, a joint team of Guwahati city police and CRPF nabbed the militant.
The militant has been identified as Bijoy Deka of the outfit's 709 battalion, police said.
