Guwahati, April 3: The banned United Liberation Front of Asom (ULFA-I) has released Pranab Kumar Gogoi, one of the two employees of oil drilling company Quippo more than three months after he along with his colleague Ram Kumar were abducted.

Ram Kumar, according to inputs, too is likely to be released soon, although it is still not known why the duo was not released together.

Latest inputs suggest that Pranab Kumar Gogoi has been released this morning along the Indo-Myanmar border and is presently in the custody of Arunachal Pradesh Police.
