GUWAHATI, Aug 7 - The Unified Karate Guild (UKG) has secured the overall best team title by winning 70 medals including 22 gold, 23 silver and 25 bronze in the 4th Kamrup Metro District Karate Championship which concluded on Sunday at the Bhogeswari Phukanani Indoor Stadium here.
Maharana Karate Club (MKC) secured the second position with a total of 22 medals including 11 gold, four silver and seven bronze medals.
Altogether 610 players from 30 different clubs participated in the championship.
