Silchar, April 7: In a major development, based on secret inputs, Income Tax Department nabbed two persons travelling in Guwahati-Silchar flight and seized cash worth Rs 45 lakh from the duo.
Sources informed that the seizure was done after the flight from Guwahati landed at the Silchar airport in Kumbirgram on Tuesday. The two persons are being interrogated, sources added.
