GUWAHATI, Dec 16 � Sahitya Akademi award winning author Dr Dhrubajyoti Bora has donated his entire award money along with the royalty received till now from this award winning book Katha Ratnakar towards institution of two new literary awards to be presented by The North East Foundation.
The first award, the Foundation Award for Literature will be presented every year to the best book published in the preceding five years and the second award will be known as Foundation Award for the Best First Book. These awards will be given to authors below 50 years of age.
