AIZAWL, Sept 5 - Two persons, including a woman, were killed as their car veered off the road and plunged into a river on the Airport Road near Aizawl this morning. The deceased were identified as Lalpekmuanzuala (35) and Vanlalngaihi Ralte (36) of Phunchawng locality.
Both of them died on the spot.
Local swimmers later retrieved the car along with the bodies with the help of a boat, the police said.
