GUWAHATI, April 20 � Police today arrested two persons in connection with the Dr Bibha Devi murder case.
The two who were picked up are Raju Ali � a carpenter and Noor Islam � a rickshaw puller. Raju Ali was arrested from near the B Barooah Road.
Police has also recovered the missing cell phone of Dr Bibha Devi.
Additional SP (City) Longnit Terang confirmed the arrest stating that Ali is being questioned and the intention behind the murder is being probed.
Dr Devi was found murdered on Sunday in her official quarters in Professor�s colony on the Md Tayabullah Road.
