GUWAHATI, March 18 - A total of two candidates filed their nomination papers for the forthcoming Assembly polls in the city today.
Both the candidates filed their nominations for the Dispur Legislative Assembly Constituency before the Returning Officer here, said officials.
The two candidates are � Sangita Das of CPI (M) and Pradip Baruah of NCP. Besides Dispur, the city has three other constituencies � Jalukbari, Guwahati East and Guwahati West.
