IMPHAL, Aug 26 - Twin blasts rocked the Moreh town, the commercial hub on Indo-Myanmar border in Manipur�s Tengnoupal district last afternoon but there was no casualty.
Police said two IEDs exploded at a river bank near New Seijang village, which is just few metres away from the international border. No casualty was reported, the police said adding the town had witnessed several IED blasts this year. The town serves as a gateway for trade with Myanmar. � PTI
