As per re-allocation of portfolios, Pema Khandu will now hold Tourism, Arts & Culture and Civil Aviation, while Newlai Tingkhatra will hold charge of Department of Tirap, Changlang & Longding (DoTCL), Transport, and State Transport Services.

The portfolio of Water Resources, previously held by Pema, will now be taken charge by Kamlung Mossang in addition to his previous portfolios of Food & Civil Supplies, Geology & Mining.
