GUWAHATI, July 24 - The Shrimanta Shankar Academy Society (SSAS), Guwahati has decided to offer concession in the monthly tuition fee charged by the educational institutions run by it.
Secretary of SSA Society Bijoyananda Chowdhury, in a press release, stated that the society has taken the initiative keeping in mind the problems faced by the students and their families due to the pandemic.
The society has five educational institutes under its wing � Shrimanta Shankar Academy (SSA), Panbazar; Shrimanta Shankar Academy Senior Secondary School, Dispur; Girijananda Chowdhury Institute of Management and Technology (GIMT), Azara; Girijananda Chowdhury Institute of Pharmaceutical Science (GIPS), Azara; and Girijananda Chowdhury Institute of Management and Technology (GIMT), Tezpur.
Chowdhury informed that the students of the intermediate semesters of GIMT, Guwahati; GIMT, Tezpur; and GIPS will get 20 percent relaxation in tuition fee from July to December this year.
Similarly, the tuition fee of SSA Senior Secondary School, Dispur and SSA, Panbazar, has also been relaxed for the upcoming session.
