GUWAHATI, April 11 - A 15-day intensive table tennis coaching camp was organised by the Table Tennis Coaching Centre, Anandanagar, Pandu here with the support of Guwahati Sports Association (GSA).
The camp was held from March 26 to April 10 where a good number of players from the locality took part. Former State player Salim Javed imparted training in the camp. In the closing function yesterday, GSA officials Pradip Hazarika, Khanin Dutta, Islamuddin Ahmed and AHM Ali were present as guests.
Tapash Roy, secretary of the coaching centre, in his speech, gave details about the camp and activities of the organisation. He also thanked GSA for providing the coach and balls for the camp. Biman Bhadhuri, president of the organisation also thanked everybody for successful conduction of the camp.
