GUWAHATI, May 18 - In view of very heavy rainfall leading to breach and landslides in many places in Lumding-Badarpur hill section, the Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) has decided to cancel a few trains.
The 55616 Silchar-Guwahati fast passenger scheduled to leave from Silchar on May 19 and May 20 and the 55615 Guwahati-Silchar fast passenger scheduled to leave from Guwahati on May 19 has been cancelled.
Similarly, the 25657 Guwahati-Silchar Link Kanchanjungha Express scheduled to leave from Guwahati on May 19 and the 25658 Silchar-Guwahati Link Kanchanjungha Express scheduled to leave Silchar on May 20 have also been cancelled.
