GUWAHATI, March 6 - A training session on the Clinical Establishment Act, 2010, was organised by the District Registration Authority, Kamrup Metro here today. Around 150 stakeholders from the government and private sectors participated in the event.
Dr N Lalsim, Additional Director of Health and Nodal Officer of Clinical Establishment Act, 2010, delivered a speech on the Act and informed the participants that from today onwards all clinical establishments should apply online for registration and they will receive the licence within 10 days.
He said all government and private establishments should be registered and those who fail to get registered under this Act will have to pay a penalty.
