IMPHAL, Oct 3 - Manipur Chief Electoral Officer Vivek Kumar Dewangan inaugurated a 10-day training on leadership and motivation and training of trainers and facilitators in connection with the State Assembly elections scheduled for early part of 2017, here on Monday.
The training will be run by Training People India, a consultancy of Election Commission of India. Around 588 State Government officials will be taking part in the programme.
