Tola Ram Bafna Hospital to have 200 beds

NORTH GUWAHATI, June 24 � Inaugurating the Amingaon-based Narayan Hridayalay Super Speciality Hospital�s Acharjya Tulasi Emergency and Trauma Centre, State Health Minister, Dr Nazrul Islam stated that the Tola Ram Bafna Civil Hospital adjacent to the super speciality hospital, would be equipped with 200 beds within the next six months. The upgrade of the present 50-bed civil hospital will fulfil a long-standing demand of the people, the minister said. Dr Islam also visited the Caliper Centre of the TB Hospital.

The meeting was also attended by Vinod Seshan, DC Kamrup, Additional DC, Bishnu Kamal Borah and a few other guests.
