JAGIROAD, April 5 � The 9th biennial general conference of Tiwa Mathonlai Tokhra (Tiwa Sahitya Sabha) got underway today at Amjong, Ri-Bhoi district in Meghalaya, 15 kms from here in the presence of 600 delegates. The three-day long session began with the inauguration of the main entrance of Lemra-pera by Gova Konwari Rajita which was followed by inauguration of an exhibition-cum- book fair by Dr Bhaben Chandra Neog, Principal, Jagiroad College.
Tiwa Sahitya Sabha president Moheswar Pator will hoist the Sabha flag tomorrow morning.
