GUWAHATI, June 15 - Down Town Hospital & Assam Down Town University bagged the Times Business Award 2019 at a function held at Vivanta by Taj here on June 8, said a press release issued here today.
While the Times Best Hospital in North East award has been given to Down Town Hospital for delivering exemplary services to the people of the North East and the neighbouring countries, Assam Down Town University was honoured with the Times Best Private University in Assam 2019 award for providing high quality and placement-oriented education.
The awards were received by Dr Udayan Barua, Medical Superintendent of Down Town Hospital and Dr Amarjyoti Choudhury, VC of AdtU respectively, the press release added.
