DIBRUGARH, Jan 23 - Three leopard cubs about one-day-old were located at the backyard of one Mantu Sobor in 12 No. Hatigarh village near Baughpara tea estate.
Montu Sobor happened to notice the cubs while cleaning his backyard this noon.
The news spread in the surroundings and villagers thronged to have a glimpse of the tiny cuddly cubs.
The villagers immediately informed the Forest department.
The forest personnel arrived at the scene but refused to carry the cubs as the little animals had not opened their eyes yet.
Besides, on not finding the cubs, the mother leopard could unleash terror in the area, according to the forest officials.
