GUWAHATI, Jan 12 - Three books were released at a function held at the Alumni House of Cotton University on Sunday.
Nirbasita Galpa Sankalon written by Minakshi Buragohain was released by writer Manikuntala Bhattacharjya and Editor of Asam Bani Dilip Chandan. Disposable Samay, a book written by Dr Mausumi Borkotoki, was released by Editor of Sadin Anuradha Sarma Pujari, while Maunotar Bhaskarjya written by Tridib Kalita, was released by poet and retired officer of All India Radio, Guwahati Kaustabhmoni Saikia.
The function began with Ganesh Stuti and Saraswati Bandana by Sangeeta Kakati. Anjali Medhi Bhuyan read out a poem written by Minakshi Buragohain. Noted personalities including Hemchandra Doley, Dhruba Mahanta, psychologist and writer Dr Nibul Kumar Gogoi were also present.
