By Correspondent

DIMAPUR, June 16 - The Central Nagaland Tribes Council (CNTC) today vehemently condemned the recent threat meted out to Odisha Governor Dr SC Jamir by the outlawed CPI (Maoist). Asking him to quit his office, the CPI (Maoist) had reportedly threatened to blow up the Raj Bhavan.

Further slamming the signatories of the letter Ravindra Verma and Mantu, the CNTC in a press release said it cannot remain a mute spectator when one of its son and a leader is threatened and intimidated by such outlawed and proscribed body. A former Chief Minister of Nagaland, Dr Jamir faced as many as five attempts on his life.
