GUWAHATI, Sept 10 Some elements are trying to create communal tension in Dhubri district by spreading rumours even as additional forces have been rushed to the district to bring the situation under control.
Official sources told The Assam Tribune that spreading of rumours was turning out to be a major problem in Dhubri as some unscrupulous elements are trying to create communal tension in the sensitive district by spreading rumours.
