GUWAHATI, March 26 � A talk on �financial literacy� was organised by the Economic Forum, Department of Economics of the Narangi Anchalik Mahavidyalaya today.
Prabahan Hazarika, Senior Manager, Axis Bank, was the chief guest on the occasion. The meeting was presided over by Reeta Dutta Hazarika, Principal of the college. The programme started with the felicitation of the chief guest followed by a speech by Sangeeta Borthakur, Head of the Economics Department.
Hazarika addressed the gathering and delivered an enlightening speech on financial literacy. The event, which was attended by students and teaching and non-teaching staff of the college, witnessed a lively interactive session as well, stated a press release.
