MORIGAON, Dec 1 - Madan Bordoloi took over the charge of the Chairman of Tiwa Autonomous Council recently at the Council office premise at Morigaon.
Saibar Rahamn, ADC, Morigaon administered the oath and official secrecy of the post at a function held at TAC (Tiwa Autonomous Council). It may be mentioned here that in 29-member Tiwa Autonomous Council, earlier Chairman Khagen Bordoloi faced the no-confidence motion last month and was removed from his post. This time as per the notification of WPTC department of Assam Government, Madan Bordoloi became the Chairman of TAC with the support of 18 members out of 29 members of the Council.
