GUWAHATI, May 7 - Sportfit, an organisation working in the field of injuries related to sports, organised a symposium on knee injuries at the All Assam Tennis Association campus here recently.
Eminent knee specialist Dr Bhusan Sabnis from Sportmed, Mumbai was the resource person and he was assisted by Dr PK Bhattacharya and Dr DA Phukan, stated a press release.
The organisation is planning to work with various sports associations as well as with coaches, athletic trainees and parents to deliver age-appropriate care to get the injured athletes back on the game as quickly and safely as possible, the release added.
