GUWAHATI, Nov 28 � In one the most exciting match of the day, third seed Suranjita Saikia of Assam beat second seed Shilpi S Das of Orissa 6-4,7-5 in the courts of India Club and top seed Priyana Kalita survived a scare from 4th seed Rutvi Shah of Gujarat 6-3, 1-6, 6-2 in the India Club-AITA Champion Series here today.
All the boys seeded players had a cakewalk over their opponents into the semifinals.
