Mango and oats overnight breakfast bowl- CULINARY CORNER

Mango and oats overnight breakfast bowl

Ingredients:

Oats ½ cup

Milk ½ cup

Fresh mango puree ½ cup

Dahi ¼ cup

Sabja seeds, soaked in water 1 tbsp

(optional)

Honey 1 tbsp

Fresh mango, cut into cubes 1 tbsp

Pumpkin seeds 1 tsp

Method: Place the oats in a bowl and add the milk and the mango puree, mix well. Cover and keep in the fridge until the next morning.

Take the bowl out in the __morning, top it up with the dahi and the honey. Layer with the soaked sabja seeds, if using, and then finally with some mangoes and pumpkin seeds.

This is a very healthy and well-balanced breakfast, especially during the summer months and this will keep you full for a long time.
