Both the grocers were picked up by police.

The investigation officer Deepak Borkakoti told this Correspondent that on July 9 a truck loaded with 341 bags of rice and 272 bags of white pea (motor) left for Margherita from a Changsari-based godown in Guwahati for supply in the Anganwadi centres in Margherita.
