GUWAHATI, Aug 6 - Along with the rest of the country, under Khelo India, the State Government has proposed to set up coaching centres all over the State and appoint coaches in various disciplines.
The international and national award winning sportspersons are eligible to apply for coach�s posts in the centres. The events are � archery, athletics, badminton, boxing, cycling, fencing, hockey, judo, rowing, shooting, swimming, table tennis, weightlifting, wrestling, football and indigenous games.
Interested candidates may collect application forms from the office of the District Sports Officer (DSO), Kamrup, Paltanbazar here on September 12 and submit on September 17, informed DSO, Kamrup in a release.
