GUWAHATI, March 13 - The Paralympic Association of Assam announced the State athletics and badminton teams for the national championships.
The National Para Badminton Championship will be held at Bhubaneswar from March 19 to 22 while the National Para Athletics Championship will be conducted at Mysuru from March 26 to 28.
The players were selected as per the performance in the recently concluded Assam State Divyangjan Sports Meet in Guwahati.
The teams: (Athletics, men) Raja Brahma, Aditya Bora, Biswajit Nath, Tinku Sharma, Pritam Das, Akhiram Darig, Manash Jyoti Dihingia, Partha Pratim Baruah, Nirju Patgiri, Biswajit Ray, Bittu Das, Bidyut Bora. (Women) Smritakon Ray, Kunjalata Gogoi, Junmoni Borgohain, Chiranjita Bharali. Manager: Abdul Haque, Coach: Vikesh Kr Mahto.
