GUWAHATI, April 2 - Young mime artiste of the State Kuldip Patgiri and his team staged three mime dramas � Sita Haran, Choka and NRC � at the International Mime Festival held recently in Kolkata. The festival was organised by the Indian Mime Theatre, Kolkata, in collaboration with the Union Ministry of Culture.
Mime artistes from Germany, Turkey, Japan, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Mexico, Bangladesh etc., also took part in the festival.
The team led by Patgiri comprised artistes Kangkan Talukdar, Barasha Sarma, Jit Kalita, Rinku Malakar, Manjit Kakati, Sahidul Islam and Jonali Talukdar.
