GUWAHATI, Sept 23 Assams Shyamantan Das paired with Pakistans Rose have made it amongst the top four contestants (pair) in the ongoing singing reality show Chote Ustad being telecast in Star TV.

Shyamantan, who hails from Duliajian, has been really impressive throughout the reality show and his voice quality was appreciated by both the judges of the show, namely Sonu Nigam and Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, besides other guests who were invited to the show.

Talking to The Assam Tribune over phone from Mumbai, Shyamantans father has appealed to all music lovers of the State and the region to vote for the pair.

Shyamantan and Rose, though had performed consistently, are however lagging behind in terms of votes. I appeal to all the people back home to support Shyamantan by casting their vote in favour of the pair, he said. The 12-year-old boy comes from a family of musicians and his elder brother has also earned recognition in a recently held music reality show.
