DIBRUGARH, Jan 5 � India Club Theatrical Institution here is hosting the 36th Assam State Bridge Championship, where about 28 teams from the State, West Bengal and Uttarakhand will be participating.
About 160 players will be participating in the event beginning tonight, organising secretary Manash Kumar Das said.
The participating teams: Bridge Clubs from Duliajan, Dibrugarh, Margherita, Digboi, Jorhat, Guwahati, Maligaon, Karimganj, Silchar, Hajo from Assam and Chandan Nagar, Siliguri and Kolkata from West Bengal and Dehradun from Uttarakhand. The championship will conclude on January 9.
