NAGAON, Sept 23 � Shastra Sema Ball (SSB), Siliguri won 2-1 against Radial Club of Nagaon in the Independence Day Cup football tournament held at Nurul Amin Stadium of here on Friday. In the second quarterfinal match, both the teams displayed some sharp soccer and in the 8th minute of the match, striker H Govinda Singh of SSB scored the first goal. In the 69th minute of the match, substitute player NG Jitkumar Singh scored the second goal for SSB. On the other side, substitute player of Radial Club, Sambaran Basumatary returned one goal in the 74th minute.
